His passion for enhancing athletic performance originates from his extensive experience with inter-county teams, from underage levels right up to the senior ranks.

Drawing on his background in high-performance sport and his in-depth knowledge of strength and conditioning, Paddy is dedicated to helping athletes unlock their full potential.

Luke is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a background in elite sport and a passion for athlete rehab.

A former international cyclist for Ireland, he holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Physiotherapy from UCC. He is CORU registered and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Luke works at McEntee Physio and Performance Centre in Kingscourt and Navan, with a caseload heavily focused on GAA athletes. He blends clinical rehab with performance tools to safely and effectively guide players back to the pitch
